About Health Daily Review

An independent health editorial.

We cover the products, supplements, and protocols that real people are actually trying. Our writers test before they write. We disclose every commercial relationship.

Who we are

HDR is a small editorial team focused on the kind of health products that get talked about in group chats, doctor's waiting rooms, and Facebook groups for people managing chronic things. We are not a news site. We are not a clinical journal. We are people who try things and write about them honestly, with citations where the science exists and an admission where it doesn't.

How we work

Every review starts with a real test. A writer with a real condition uses the product for a real number of weeks and writes about what happened. Our editors then check the claims against the available research and add the context the writer didn't have access to in the moment.

We try not to assert things we cannot back up. We avoid the kind of categorical language that sounds confident in a video script and falls apart on a label. We assume our readers are adults who can read studies and decide for themselves.

How we make money

HDR is partially supported by affiliate commissions. When you buy a product through one of our review links, we may earn a small percentage of the sale at no extra cost to you. This does not influence whether or how we cover something. We don't accept payment for reviews. We don't write to a brief from a brand. We don't quietly promote products we haven't tested.

Where commercial relationships exist, we disclose them at the top of the article in a footer block, and again where the link first appears. Read our full editorial standards.
